International Student Application Procedures

Application for accommodation

Students are required to fill-in the application form for the accommodation prior to arrival in Malaysia for advanced booking of accommodation. Rooms are available on a first-come-first-serve basis upon payment of the 2 months deposit and 5 months rental in advance. It is compulsory for ALL international students to stay in the university accommodation for their first semester.

Process Information
  1. An acceptance letter will be sent out to succesful applicants.
  2. The University submits an application to the immigration department for processing of the students visa (5-7 weeks)
  3. An approval letter is sent to students once visa has been granted.
  4. Students are required to complete the rest of the application preocedures (where necessary) if they have not yet done so. (Accomodation Booking and Airport Arrival)


Airport arrival services

Airport pick-up will be provided with a minimal charge. International students are required to fill in the airport arrival services form at least 7 days in advance.

The University will not be held responsible for problems due to incompleted or late forms.

Note: There are no pickups during weekends of public holiday. (please check with the International Service Department for complete listing of public holidays)

Complete the form in BLOCK letters with ALL flight/arrival details including:
Flight Number/Details on accompanying partners/guardians and Course Registered
